In my multimedia drawings and illustrations, my work serves as a visual diary reflecting on the thoughts, daydreams, songs, and snippets of my daily life. At the heart of my creative process lies an instinctual return to spirals, an endlessly repeating motif that symbolizes my interwoven thoughts and emotions. They convey a profound sense of both the possibility and the entanglement that life offers. These swirling patterns, in their positive and negative forms, are emblematic of childhood innocence, the gradual process of outgrowing it, and the perpetual buzzing of an overactive mind.
Incorporating a vibrant and saturated color palette, stars, and feminine faces into my compositions, I capture the essence of girlhood with a playful touch. These elements represent the nostalgia of youthful simplicity while also embodying the journey of self-discovery and the search for connection in a chaotic world. Through my art, I bridge the gap between the carefree spirit of my inner child and the evolving identity of the woman I am becoming.
